The 7 Kremlin Suites (there is one on
each foor in the corner tower) are for
romantics, and were once the home of
artists and bohemians who revelled in
the views and the location in the tranquil
Zamoskvorechye district. The Junior,
Studio and Executive Suites are elegant
and have a contemporary feel. The
harmonious proportions and geometric
lines of the Living Design Suite betray
the Swedish origins of the designers. In
the Linley Suite the art of carpentry has
been brought to new heights in the
woodwork designed by a nephew of
Queen Elizabeth. The pastel shades and
fowery chintzes in the large Princess
Suite refect the elegance of an English
country estate, and the icy beiges in
the Cadé Design suite vibrate with touches of
crimson.
The menu in the Baltchug Restaurant is nothing less than
superlative with caviar, sashimi of tuna, Barberie duck with trufes,
lasagne with langoustines, Angus beef carpaccio, and an extensive
and refned wine list.
