dei Top Suite Resorts. Cosa vorrebbe aggiungere a questi spazi
che già non c'è.
La tecnologia cambia quindi ci si deve sempre aggiornare.
Forse un piccolo cinema privato nelle suite
sarebbe senz'altro gradito dagli ospiti.
D Quali sono a suo avviso i punti di forza
dell’albergo?
Il servizio è il principale, poi la spiaggia
privata tutta coperta da wi-f gratis. Quindi
lo spazio tanto che anche con l'hotel pieno
non lo si nota. Poi le due piscine separate
e diferenziate, una con sport e percorsi e
l'altra invece tranquilla. E infne i 14 diversi
ristoranti.
DQuali sono le difcoltàmaggiori nel gestire
un Palace così eccezionale.
La logistica, siamo lunghi 980 metri
abbiamo 3 room service area, varie cucine
il sotterraneo è un dedalo di stanze. Poi
il personale di 56 nazionalità con diverse
religioni, culture, lingue. Poi le 80 visite
di stato all'anno, il protocollo, la sicurezza
e dobbiamo essere sicuri che queste
procedure non interrompano le normali
operazioni dell'hotel.
Q The Emirates Palace was awarded frst place among the Top
Suite Resorts. What would you like to add to these spaces which
is not available now.
Technology changes hence we must always keep it updated. A small
home cinema in the suites would, perhaps, be
appreciated by the guests.
Q In your opinion, what are the strong points of
the Palace?
Service is the most important. It is outstanding.
Then a private beach with free wi-f coverage
everywhere. Next so much space that, even
when the hotel is full, one does not notice. Then
the two separate and diferentiated pools, one
with sport and trails and the other quiet. And,
lastly, the 14 diferent restaurants.
Q What are the main difculties in managing
such an exceptional Palace?
Logistics: we have 980 metres and three room-
service areas. many kitchens, meaning that the
basements are a labyrinth of rooms. Next, our
staf is composed of 56 diferent nationalities
with diverse religions, culture and languages.
Then the 80 state visits a year, the protocol
and safety - we must make sure that these
procedures do not interrupt or inconvenience
the other operations of the hotel.
