Un luogo per assaporare le fragranze della campagna,
passeggiando nel parco tra i lecci secolari, rinfrescati dallo spirare
della brezza estiva. Un luogo per meditare, raccolti nell’antica
cappella tutt’ora consacrata. Un luogo per rilassarsi, grazie alla
presenza di una delle poche Espa d’Italia.
La vasca idromassaggio con acqua riscaldata e giochi d’acqua
collocata sotto il porticato assicura momenti di vero relax,
prolungabili grazie ad uno dei numerosi massaggi e trattamenti a
base d’olio d’oliva prodotto in loco.
Per terminare la cena al ristorante La torre, collocato nelle
antiche scuderie del castello dinanzi ad un monumentale camino.
Una cucina improntata sui piatti della tradizione superbamente
rivistati dalla fantasia e dalla grande inventiva dello chef. Persino la
parmigiana di zucchine è una sorpresa. Incomparabile.

strolling in the park amid century-old oak trees, refreshed by the
sighs of the summer breeze. A place for meditation, in silence in
the old chapel, still consecrated. A place for relaxation, thanks
to the presence of one of the few Espas in Italy.
The hydro-massage tub with warmwater and plays of water
situated under the portico ensures moments of true relaxation,
which can be prolonged thanks to the numerous massages and
treatments with locally-produced olive oil.
Toend theevening, adinner in the restaurant LaTorre, situated
in the antique stables of the castle in front of a monumental
freplace. Cuisine based on traditional dishes superbly revisited
with the great fantasy and creativity of the chef. Even the
parmigiana di zucchini is a surprise. Incomparable.
