e poche gocce rapidamente diventano una cascata
d’acqua che si rovescia sul giardino. I l vento sposta
l ’acqua fin dentro il ristorante. E’ questione di un
attimo. Poi il sole torna a splendere sopra questo scampolo
di paradiso tropicale e possiamo sederci per il pranzo. Lo
chef del ristorante italiano I l Corallo ci accoglie solare. E’
emiliano, robusto e allegro. Come la sua cucina, fatta di
pochi ingredienti, sapori nitidi, sfumature continue. La
tradizione della penisola sono rivisitate con rispetto e
abilmente coniugate con la geografia e il clima mauriziano.
Legno, pietra, vetro. E poi tanto verde. Questi gli
ingredienti di una architettura ottimamente progettata.
Piscine all ’ozono e senza cloro, accorgimenti eco-frendly
per una struttura che si ripropone tutta nuova. Molto belle
le ville anche se distanti dalla spiaggia e senza la vista

he few drops soon become a waterfall which spills into
the garden. The winds move the water even into the
restaurant. It takes just an instant. Then the sun returns
over this patch of tropical paradise and we can sit for lunch. The
chef of the Italian restaurant, Il Corallo, greets us cordially. He
is Emilian, robust and cheerful. Like his cuisine - made of few
ingredients, clean favours, continuous nuances. The traditions
of the peninsula are revisited with respect and skillfully united
with the Mauritian geography and climate.
Wood, stone, glass. And so much greenery. These are the
ingredients of architecture superbly designed. Pools with
ozone and without chlorine, eco-friendly touches for a structure
that re-proposes itself totally renewed. The villas are beautiful
even though distant from the sea and without a sea view. The
beach suites, on the other hand, are optimally positioned with
